Enquiries about Baptism, Marriage or Funerals should be directed to the Vicar.

If you would like your child baptised the Vicar will visit you to explain what the Church believes about Baptism and to help you to understand the commitment that you and the Godparents make. From time to time we run “Ripples of Faith” groups for people who are interested in learning more about the Christian faith and we encourage parents bringing children for Baptism to join one of these groups as part of their fulfilment of the baptism promises.

If you want to be married in Ripley please call the Vicar. If you live or worship here or have a strong family connection with the Church you can be married here. We will be pleased to help you make your wedding day as special and personal as possible.

Funerals are normally booked by the Funeral Director but you are welcome to make contact with the Vicar directly if someone has died and you wish to organise the funeral. We know that some Funeral Directors discourage the use of a Church service because it is not usually convenient to them but if you want your loved one to be remembered in a proper service in Church then please ask the Funeral Director to arrange this.
