CHURCH LIFE - Administration

The Church has to be organised on a human level and as part of our society; we believe ourselves to be part of an eternal fellowship who worship in the company of the Saints and all citizens of God’s Kingdom but we also have to make sure that the bills are paid. In this part of the web site you will find information on the administration of the Church and how we plan our various events.

At the heart of the administrative life of the Church is the Parochial Church Council (PCC) which is responsible (with the Vicar and Churchwardens) for the finances of the Church, maintenance and improvement of the Church building, social activities, and the mission of the Church.

Every year the PCC is elected by the “Annual Parochial Church Meeting” which also considers the Annual Report and Accounts of the parish and may pass resolutions about these.
